Rec’d my MR800 on Wednesday and got it hooked that night. Noticed the clearer feed right away, even on my dedicated 20 amp line. I’m very happy with it esp. since I went with a recommendation from someone I don’t know (head-fi.org, but he really understood my post when no one else did). After the test to see if my money was well spend (it was), I actually
looked at the product and liked what I saw…very simple utilitarian
design.
Just wanted to let you know that I received the MR800 on Sunday. The box was a little beat up but it's working well. Actually well is an understatement. I was expecting the differences to be quite subtle, the "I can't tell the differences until I remove it from the system" kind, but in reality even listening for a couple of hours the impact is huge. I now realize how poor the electricity feeding my equipment was! The biggest area of improvement is in vocals. There is a huge step up in "realism." Before, I could hear the mic and the voice but now I hear just the voice. Another improved area is in the stability of images and a tighter "definition" in the sound throughout the frequency range. It is nothing short of remarkable! In a funny way it's made
me realize that the components in my system are better than I thought
they were. Thanks again for your help, and I look forward to doing
business with you in the future.

Again, I want to compliment you on your customer service and your
caring attitude. Other dealers would do well to emulate your way
of doing business.
The Music Ring made an immediate difference in the sound of my
system. Much clearer, as though a haze had been lifted from
the sound. Truly the best power conditioner I have had.
I can hardly wait until both of my amps are also on these PCs.
