The BC3000 has represented Blue Circle’s finest effort in single-ended preamplifier technology. This preamp has been used as a reference-level preamp by those seeking the best possible sound. With Blue Circle’s release of the MkII version, we are exhilarated to let our BC3000 owners know that the MkII version will supply you with a significant improvement over you’re original version. We realize that it’s hard to believe but it’s the simple truth. This preamplifier plays with authority in the low end, has incredible finesse and elegance in the mid and upper regions, and presents a remarkably 3-dimeniosnal soundstage filled with tightly focused instruments and voices… it simply doesn’t get better! Regarding the MkII version, it has been improved in similar ways to the other MkII versions… improved wiring, redesigned circuitry, and a beefed up, faster power supply (which involves more than double the number of caps and a complete redesign).
